I'm assuming we have to excercise the ones due 7/31... otherwise (ie. if they're out of the money) what the hell did they give them to us for??? In any case, I'll be talking to Merrill and IR before I do anything.

No idea of the exact U.S. details, but:

The warrants are valued at 0.00 because that's what they cost you. (Either that, or because there is no secondary market for them).

Nevertheless, they can be turned into shares for 12 cents Canadian up until the end of the month (but give your broker a few days warning ) ... given that the stock is currently trading at 53 cents, they are currently 'in the money'.
