Clinton made peace. Hamas broke the peace. That proved to me that groups like Hamas will diss any peace accord. Why? Because their hatrd, power and money all flow from war and killing. They haved nothing to gain from peace. And so like our far rightwing, they fuel hatred and all-out war, and too many gulliblke people buy into it.

Israel is not perfect but at least they are rational, and they have a very good reason for being well-armed and responding harshly. They are surrounded by enemies which vastly outnumber them.

Whoever broke Clinton's peace accord is responsible and deserves to be punished. And Hezbollah/Iran must also be taught a lesson. Though I admit Bush's neocon aggressions have made Iran much more dangerous and compelled them to make a violent move.
