'I live 1 mile from the coast, NO RAIN in 5 months, 95 to 100 degree heat...............pray.' We deal with that for six months a year in the southeast only we do get a lot of rain with the incredible humidity too. Yes global warming is real and very inflationary on several fronts. Let's hope for no major hurricanes hitting populated areas or O&E infrastructure.
