Bush made a huge mistake disengaging from Israel-Palestine. But Bush doesn't do much diplomacy. He doesn't deal with nuances or compromises. Therefore, he is a poor peace-maker. He is also a poor war-maker because he doesn't do the tough homework like his father did to prepare for success. Instead, he recklessly sends out military into ill-planned fiascos. Our military is very unhappy with Bush-cheney-Rumsfield now, though bthey are not allowed to say so publicly. Instead, they let Jack Murtha and others speak for them.

PS: Or maybe Bush-Cheney didn't make a mistake because terror, fear, smears and war are what keeps Bush-Cheney in power. It is no accident the far right is calling for World War III when they are far behind in the polls approaching a crucial election. But do we really want leaders who start wars to steal elections? Not at all.
