Shorts... here is a question for you...if you knew about the results of the patent infringement lawsuit, you wouldn't withold the news from shareholders if it was positive would you? I mean, everyone here is waiting for news... if there was news on pacer about PLNI winning you would ensure that everyone heard it...right?
