You hit the nail on the head. The Arabs don't care about the Palestinians, after all, the Palestinians were kicked out and murdered by Arabs prior to Israel's problems with them. Other Arab countries don't really care if the Palestinians are cannon fodder, as long as they are not in "their" country. You'll see other Arab counties provide them weapons to fight Israel and incite violence - but will one of them use all that oil money to build universities, hospitals, teach them trades - not a chance. They profess to be Arab brothers but don't provide any infrastructure to prove it, much less provide any of their vast array of land compared to the size of Israel.
