From what I understand of the story, Clinton did not have sex with that woman. She gave him a BJ. That is not a sexual relation, ie no penile penetration...no sex, therefore he did not tell a lie. He just didn't tell the whole story, which was his right to his privacy. As for the definition of "is", you should look that one up in the OED. You're going to see that there is a whole lot more to the word is than you would think there is. Don't you think it's cool that foul mouthed Bush and Cheney told Americans that they were going to return morality to the White House? I guess cussin, lying and bombing is ok...morally speaking.
