That looks like a no then. As long as they are hiding behind other peoples children as a strategy and not their own then it's acceptable to you?

Why would you think terrorism is acceptable to me? It seems to me that understanding what they are doing and how they do it, as well possibly the why they do it, are the first and most basic steps of protecting yourself, your family and perhaps your community from this kind of person.
