What about them? Are you trying to say everybody does it so it's ok? Evil does not know any particular ethnicity, but some systems of belief lend themselves to justifying acts of evil and some do not. I wonder if there is something about Islam that is innate, that leads it's followers to act in these ways and to send money to other people who do??????

A century ago it was an accepted practice to discriminate, everyone did it. It is less fashionable now, but many people still do it. Of course once discrimination disappears, so do the communities that discriminated or were discriminated against. So some groups cling to it in order to maintain their groups.
