I beg your pardon.... We have never been able to get the skinny from Loppy on what kind of discharge he received that he used his political influence to get it changed before the Military Board of Corrections. Many of us have questioned his medals and his less than short tour in Viet-Nam. Remember, out of the hundred of thousands of Viet-Nam vets, please give me the name of just one who received credit for a complete combat tour who was not medevaced or KIA after leaving his men to fend for themselves after only a few months in country. The only one i can name is John Kerry, the guy who has been tagged as unfit for command.
