I got the dividend today in the account XLPI.Past PR below. XcelPlus International to Distribute Stock Dividend to Shareholders SALUDA, VA, May 22, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- XcelPlus (PINKSHEETS: XLPI) is pleased to announce that the Company has elected to issue shareholders a stock dividend. At a Board of Directors meeting held on May 19, 2006 the Board elected to issue a 5% restricted stock dividend to shareholders. All XcelPlus International shareholders of record at close of business on June 30, 2006 will receive a 5% new-issue restricted stock dividend. The stock dividend will be distributed on July 17, 2006.
