scion...if you knew about the results of the patent infringement lawsuit, you wouldn't withold the news from shareholders if it was positive would you? I mean, everyone here is waiting for news... if there was news on pacer about PLNI winning a judgement, and large award, you would ensure that everyone saw it... correct? You have posted a lot of pacer excerpts from that case right? What is the latest?
