what he was doing out of the country while on probation is very much the question...what other person gets to travel outside the country while being on probation...?

That is correct. All states permit MDs to dispense legal pharmaceuticals by hand, rather than by script, as long as the doctor maintains a record. A good majority of celebrities get their medications directly from their doctors rather than at a pharmacy in order to protect their privacy.
