>Imagine the situation when the Canada would be a base for terrorists who were continuosly attacking and killing americans

It is a rather incredible leap to go from small ineffective rockets to nuclear weapons, and I cannot accept that. Let's also say that opposition to the US in Canada partly resulted from the US smashing its way into Canada in a previous invasion, blowing apart apartment buildings in Toronto rather than Beirut and killing many innocent civilians, and that this was part of a larger struggle where the US had created many of its enemies by its choice of actions and methods. Let's also say that the Canadian government was extremely weak and hardly equipped to take on the terrorists, who had gained some political support through legitimate elections. What would we do? We would helplessly sit back and watch our country be destroyed, appealing for help that probably would not come. That is where Lebanon is.
