There are a number of people like him. I think that it is best just to skip their rants rather than to reply to them - because replies only encourage them to post more. (ThomasM is another good example)That's why I usually check what has happened/is happening on a thread first and then reply if appropriate, particularly if the post to which I am replying is not very current.
