Jeff,

Lets look em over...

1. Laser Engineering and Florida Curbing claim they were ripped off by Turek

A claim is just that until proven. Why hasn't a court agreed with them?

2. The bankruptcy filings show a whole host of claimants who did not get their promised money

I doubt that. The court's appointed trustee would ensure that claimants were paid or satisfied before releasing Turek.

3. The Aztec lawsuit outright claims Turek lied about the '714 patent

1989 is a long time ago. The basis of such an assertion pre-supposes zero involvement by Turek in any facet of the product creation. VERY HARD to prove in court, even with testimony from a co-inventor. Such claims are only valid soon after filing. Why wait 17 years to make such an assertion. You think the Aztec lawyers might have "looked up" the co-inventors?

4. The SEC has an active investigation wrt PLNI

The SEC has an announced informal inquiry. If you know something to refute that and aren't posting it for all to see, I want to know about it now.

5. Fellow longs know for a fact they were lied to about the o/s

Yes.. I agree that we were told something that turned out to be "not one iota" correct. That was one person, and not a company officer... a consultant. Still, I do not have all the facts of how such a statement and understanding was derived. It does appear that a private placement or some kind of private financing "blew up" forcing the issuance of shares to purchase companies and capital equipment.

In other words, it goes beyond a bunch of naysaying message board posters. You do understand this, right?

I understand that claims are being made and they remain unanswered. Claims remain just that until proven in court. Claims were made by Plast-O-Foam as well, but they settled and the case was dismissed. I will not conduct a trial on a message board. I feel it inappropriate to do so and not in the best interests of justice. Plasticon representatives are not here to defend themselves, nor should they be. If those who attack Plasticon verbally would do so in court... then it would be a fair fight. That could happen anyway.

My investment is based on a group of 50+ hard working folks in Missouri and Nevada. They get up every morning hoping that they can keep their jobs and feed their families. I have invested in their future.
