Bush is the biggest advocate of the Truman-Cold War analogy compared to today, on the record many times.

So either that wasn't really a war, or this isn't one now.

Or someone is lying, LOL. Quelle surprise.

The Cold War wasn't really a "war"?

Fine, if that's your belief then the War on Terrorism is even less of a war.

The Russians held every country from East Germany eastward to the Pacific and most of Central Asia under military dictatorships, and waged proxy wars in Africa, Central America, South America, and Asia.

And that's without even mentioning the Chinese.

Millions of people were killed by military force during your so-called "non-war."
