Your current response makes it clear that your personal beliefs are also informed by religion, and yet you want to exclude others for the same thing. Seems a little inconsistent no?

My extensive education by the religious community has taught me that organized religion has fewer morals than a $5.00 hooker. OTOH I have met religious people who are extremely admirable.
So if your religion has given you a moral base, good for you, I don't want it imposed by law on me. IMHO, You are welcome to participate in the political process, your religion, not so much. My personal beliefs were formed in spite of the hatred I saw in the religions around me, not because of it. Most Christians are so two faced, and nasty that they smile and talk the talk, and then look down on those less fortunate. They help cause it gives them a pity rush, I am so good cause I spent 12 minutes helping out the poor.
