The market is doing well - looks like the institutional investors are "buying" today.

<<13:30 ET Dow +194.15, Nasdaq +36.59, S&P +21.89

[BRIEFING.COM] Market breaks out of its afternoon range as a renewed wave of buying sends the indices to fresh session highs. Having recently broken through key resistance levels, the Dow and S&P 500 are now up 1.8% on the day while the Nasdaq, recently surpassing resistance around the 2080 mark, is also turning in a 1.8% performance. It is worth noting that all three indices rising in synch with one another, and turning in relatively the same performances (+1.8%), implies that program trading is also contributing to the broad-based moves to the upside.>>
