Where does the article or my comment mention a "ban on research"? The only statment in the article is In 2001, Bush issued an order limiting federally funded research to 78 stem-cell lines that existed at the time, most of which proved unsuitable. My comment was that embryos targeted for disposal could not be used....also true. Where do you see reference to a ban on research? You used the " " quote marks, so it must be a term used somewhere??
