From Teapee Bubbles Rice's comment is one of the great Catch-22 moments of the whole damned thing. "If the violence was declining, that means the plan is working and we're seeing progress. If the violence is increasing, that means people are upset that the plan is working and wish to disrupt it, which of course means it's working. "

LOL You liberals just don't get it do you? Bush acted honorably. Can't you read what Andrea Merkel said? Bush helped GM Chancellor from stress, and when he massaged her, she raised both of her hands and said (read her lips): "zehr gut. dankhe". You can see that Bush showed that he has class. Did you see him pick his nose? NO! Did you hear him fart? NO! Did he puke on Japan's PM? NO! Did he moon Andre Merkel? NO! Did he flash to Andre Merkel? NO! Did he streak around the room? NO! Did he carry a sign "Eat your heart out Cindy Sheehan? NO! Did he chew with his mouth open? YES of course! How else can he speak to Blair with his mouth closed? He is not Ed Bergen.
