I don't understand you. If the fertility practices that utilize in vitro (requiring multiple fertilized eggs) were outlawed, there would be NO embryos to be tossed out.

Why are the Prolife folks not going nuts about this....if life begins at conception (artificial or otherwise), then tossing those embryos is murder.

Under the new statute in South Dakota a thirteen year old girl who is raped by her uncle must carry the result to term, even if she knows the day after the event she does not wish to do so....tough.

But, a South Dakota fertility clinic can throw out dozens of fertilized eggs (embryos) without a second thought.

Why the difference in attitude?
