"You don't do what Israel is doing to Lebanon and then expect to command their respect." That isn't the issue. The issue is the message to Syria and Iran. The Lebanese are just pawns. I hope you're right......because it will backfire a 100%. They just guaranteed themselves another 100 years of terrorism.

The issue is the message to Syria and Iran. The Lebanese are just pawns. Hezbollah may be funded by Syria and Iran (and others), but they are Lebanese. This passing of the resonsibility buck is wrong, there is a meaningful percentage of the Lebanese population that thinks there should not be a country called Israel with the demographic and immigration policies of Israel as a neighbor. That's a Lebanese view, as well as a Syrian, Iranian, Jordanian and Eqyptian view.
