there are so many things that must be sorted out....for instance....IF a suitcase nuke blows up in downtown Toronto....and let's say there are maybe 20-25,000 Americans holding DUAL citizenship who are in that area....What exactly is the US responsibility to getting those people out. The US does not recognize dual citizenship past the age of 18. That solves part of the problem. The rest? Yeah, get them out. What if it's a bio weapon that's set off in the same place...Then what should happen? Same. What if the area is quarantined? Then what should be done? THe US would abide by the requirements as seen by a friendly government, such as the Canadian gov't, I expect. Was Ronald Reagan dead totally wrong and deserving of impeachment for violating the Constitution for his actions in Grenada?
