A good article in Wednesday's IBD about Cuba after Castro. Apparently Castro hasn't been seen in public for a while and there is some speculation he is quite ill, perhaps even dead. It went on to tell, without much detail, about a covert effort by the USA to support those in Cuba who want to see a democracy established. The article mentioned some 80 million dollars at the ready to support this concept. It didn't mention the need for US troops on the ground in any fashion.
