add to that the fear that the iranians are trying to assert their dominance in the mideast for their shiaa religion and brand of fanaticism. Hell now that they are the tough guys in the region, maybe one day there will be sunni converts if not to shiaaism, certainly to the radical iranian vision of things. If they can supply silkworm missiles to hizbollah for use against israel, why cant these same weapons be used against moderate arab states as well. And then there is the nuke issue which for the arab states as well as israel could mean nukes in the hands of Ahmadinjead or even Hizbollah.
