No...every war is not criminal. But pre-emptive wars based on lies? Yes there are problems here.

All wars should be avoided. War is rarely needed, nor does it solve many problems. The problems in Iraq have not been solved by a war. Many more problems have been created by the war, and many deaths too.

There are alternatives to war, but they do not line the pockets of the military industrial complex. Therefore they do not get considered very often.
