Agreed. Actually Bush is not to be blamed for anything - 9/11, the huge deficits and burgeoning debt levels, the Iraq mess, the Afghanistan mess and pretty much anything else that he claims to take responsibility for.

Can't really blame someone who didn't know until recently that Russia is big and so is China, can we?! ;-)

Why did Bush ignore the 8-6-01 warning which was so clear? His excuse is that he figured the FBI was handling it, so he didn't have to do anything. But 3what kind of leader is that? It's almost as if he wanted terrorists to strike us, which leads to a lot of wild conspiracy theories. But the fact is Bush was AWOL on counterterrorism and Clinton was much mroe on the ball.
