Clinton has some character flaws that eliminate him from consideration as a successful leader. That is, he wanted to be popular and he wanted to enjoy personal pleasure more than he was committed to the good of the realm, even at the expense of the common good that he was bound by personal and public oath to uphold ... Which has little to do with monica except as a matter of circumstance.
