Some OS math, incase it gets deleted by Ihub: on 04/4/2006 the company saw fit to increase the AS, why do you think that is if they did not intend to continue to increase the OS? Prior to 04/04/2006, the OS was very near to max. otcstockinfo.com page 47 Also, just do not look at the common, 1 billion Authorized shares out with a ceiling of 6 billion authorized shares. If this is referring to Preferred Shares, there are only 1 million, not 1 billion shares outstanding 3/31/06: 4,473,922,322 (page 37) these are weighted average shares and cannot be used as a comparison to actual shares outstanding at a given point in timetime 6/16/06: 4,977,740,339 (page 1) A 50.3 million increase Q2 '06(page 1) Even if you compare the two figures above, the difference is 503 million, not 50.3 million An increase, but much lesser than I would expect. Possibly due to the SEC inquiry and the TDAMER issue, which may have hindered the sale of stock. If later we find it to be much larger, tht would be a big red flag as well, since the 4.977 Billion number is direct from their own report.
