My conspiracy theory on FHAL and CVSU Glines - I think that PR is designed to give the current FHAL shareholders a false sense of comfort. It's designed to lull people into holding their shares. This dries up the float and puts more pressure to the upside while the insiders unload the 22.7m shares in aggregate they have to sell. FHAL - look at the class notes at the bottom. Insiders have a total of 22,709,091 shares they are dumping on the market. That's why there is so much resistance. It's not shorts...it's scam organizers getting cash for the cheap stock they have successfully cheerleaded higher. How long will the momentum last? I don't know, but I would cash out before the final day. Remember a 10QSB means nothing because they have not filed a S-4 filing yet.......which means the stock (CVSU) is unregistered and may never see the light of day. I believe they did a similar thing with EHLCC and BBAN that resulted in some charges (unproven) and the failure of the merger. BBAN is back down to .003. Caveat Emptor. They had the same transfer agent....Holladay Stock Transfer. Not to mention the other agent for CVSU (Intergrity Stock Transfer) does not even have a functional website based in Nevada. Arizona and Nevada....they might as well say they are from Florida the scam capital of the world. Seems that all the players from the face men, to the stock transfer agents, to the bulletin boards where this particular trash is being promoted have an unusual connection at a higher holding company level....that I can't pin down. Just be out with cash before the truth is known. And that is how I feel about the whole thing.
