Rick, red flags are not the same as innuendo and mere opinion. They are the result of due diligence and probability.

Do I have proof that Turek dumped billions of shares for his own personal gain at the expense of the company? No. There's a chance he has donated millions of dollars to his favorite charity in order to save the lives of impoverished children. So go ahead and call this innuendo if you'd like and see where that gets you.

Do I have proof that just because Turek bankrupted two million-dollar companies by, according to principles of those companies, taking loans out against them and using the majority of the money for personal gain, that he'll do that again? No. If you read Chris Byron's article on recidivism by Wall Street scammers you'd see that I agree with his "opinion" that fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

Investing is about predicting the future. Predicting the future is about spotting red flags. By the time you have proof you've been scammed, all the guys that spotted the red flags banked their profits long ago and all the guys like you can't sell because no one is left to buy.
