When I found a triptan for headaches, I also discovered that I tolerated ibuprofen better than aspirin. Shoulder inflammation went bye-bye, and I got a chance to lift weights for the first time in a decade. It's all been a positive spiral into disgusting fun. You won't notice any difference. Wish other S.I. freaks the same sort of luck!!
