BUT, if someone were to accused Kirk, a virtual unknown, of the same thing...well, that would be harassment? Well, after being shown what you wrote was false with no basis in fact, then you repeated the charges again on different message board with new fake names, it would not only be harassment but slander which are both illegal. You can not go around accusing others, no matter how much you might personally dislike them, of crimes when you know the charges are not true. If Brinker advertises he is currently "number one rated by Mark Hulbert" then he is not telling the truth. I believe that is the current charge being discussed these days.

Would you care to tell me why the latest Marketimer says: "Marketimer currently is ranked number one for long-term stock maket timing by the two major rating services, Hulbert Finacial Digest and........" This is a FALSE statement. Do you consider that false advertising? --or just plain LYING.
