Might be an idea under .50 ~ the caveat is in the current big cap market, the little dogs, even the security dogs, are dong zilch.

Looks like bottom fish in MDII under .50 worked out (as usual) as it popped off the low today. (.43-.62 range today)

It looks like the security dogs, and most of them have
been true dirt dogs of late, will get their
respective turns in the rotation dance.
Of course, if we do have an event of some sort here on
US soil, the pile into them will be interesting.
So, as the saying goes, buy them when they ain't.
Or, every dog has it's day?
