I accept the rockets and not attempt to destroy them all. I'd patrol by air and attempt to destroy them in transport or being set up for launch. I'd respond propotionately to EVERY missile launched, and publicly say so. Compared to the destruction in Lebanon, the destruction caused by the rockets is trivial. By this policy, Israel will recruit millions of Lebanese into Hezbollah. After this, Hezbollah may rule Lebanon.
