Nadine..."desire not to cause civilian casualties" Yeah, that's always been the advantage of the guerillas and the nadir of the modern military. When we first went into Iraq I always wondered what would happen if Saddam just pulled his troops into the large population centers and fought essentially a guerilla war. How many innocent Iraqis would we have been able to kill or starve before international pressure would have forced us to deal with the Iraqi government? It's the same with Hezbollah and Hamas.
