In my opinion it means that ALY is selling its shares for the acquisition to private investors and they report it, hence we see it on the screen, but not a public transaction, if not the share would move $3.00 one way or the other. I am holding shares of ALY overnight every night, usually buying at the close and selling at the opening gap up as I don't want to miss the boat if the acquisition is announced before the 15th. I am hearing the float is gone and only the longtimers are left. Which is why very few trades today or so they are saying on another forum that I follow.

I guess we shall see in 10 days what is up.
