Oops... Yeah, a very dangerous looking chart. But as I mentioned just now (in a post to Brian), it is still possible to have an acceptable bullish interpretation.

Otoh, of course, this may have been an evolving series of 1's and 2's... and things can be dangerous. I will watch the reaction from whatever low OIH is trying to make... and will try to be out or hedged (or short) if it breaks down.

edit - recall that failure to follow through on an H&S breakdown is often a superb continuatioon entry. Interesting juncture here.

Bob.......Hard to measure precisely, but I have today's low OIH about 1 1/2 points below the neckline...Classic TA looks for a penetration by at least 2-3%......so you could say confirmation of the H&S still up in the air..and btw.. agree....same on the weekly chart..
