NVLS traded at a price to book of 1.85 in 2002, when they had 80 million in quarterly revenue. Now they have 420 million and are trading at 2.1. This sector has been a joke for years (and there is no end in sight).

I agree that since they are raping the shareholders quarterly by handing out free options to the top brass, yet paying no dividend, investors and institutions avoid these companies like the black plague, but there is value here, especially with the underlying fundamentals.
