I suppose if everybody who was being threatened with violent death would just curl up and die, quietly, meekly, and politely, the world would be a much quieter and more peaceful place, the peace of the grave.

One of the great concepts that advanced civilization was the concept of love. Love thy neighbor advances the concept of love.

We have a way to go yet. Accepting the crap going on now and making excuses for it just delays the inevitable.
