I most certainly do agree that you have every right to your opinion... as long as it is stated that it is just your opinion. I've seen too many uses of the term "Lair" and "Fraud" by many on this board though, and that implies judgement. Red Flags / Risk Factors are part and parcel of any Pinksheet stock. Anyone investing here needs to keep that in mind.

I have seen nothing in your comments regarding this thread that remotely approaches anything but allegation. One can dispute an allegation far too simply by alleging the opposite. Again, saying it doesn't make it so... it makes it questionable. Questionability is close akin to innuendo. Apply some facts to the points made earlier and there is a basis for discussion. Heck... just answer the questions I posed...

Did Turek violate the law doing what you allege?
Was he charged?
Did these "principles" sue?
Did they get their money from the deals, and if not why not?
