"Tell you what, why not press that Junkie guy about why he really stopped using he real name to post critical comments about Brinker on some sites."

How would that prove that Brinker still won't let some people subscribe?

Kirk said: "Why? What I write is 100% true and I'll swear to it in court. I am also stating it with my real name. Are you a clone of that dija guy? Every time I tell him something I know for a fact that he doesn't like how it makes Brinker look, he gives the same silly answer. Tell you what, why not press that Junkie guy about why he really stopped using he real name to post critical comments about Brinker on some sites."

Why? Why say you shouldn't repeat hearsay and expect people to automatically believe your alleged third and fourth-hand libelous hearsay biased gossip unless you have some sort of proof? Because that's not realistic and obvious to most thinking people. And hearsay evidence is not allowed in court for the same reasons, because it's most often biased and highly unreliable.

No, I don't know dija. And it isn't about dija, it's about Kirk and your hearsay vendetta with Brinker, and Kirk's propensity to make unproven, undocumentable charges and expect that everyone should automatically believe your biased "somebody said that somebody said that somebody said" gossip. And my propensity and that of others to say "wait a minute, you have any proof so I can check this out for myself?" It's just not very intelligent to do anything else.

It also sure isn't about anyone else's decisions on what ID to use. Why do you attempt to change the subject when you're caught promoting unsupportable hearsay to multiple others and some other unsupportable accusations? The best defense is a good offense? But multiple resortive gossipy arguments are not a good offense, never have been.
