Hi Onepath!

I own some EXM too, and if you like that one you may also want to have a look at GGI, with properties nearby the EXM holdings, and a similar business model.

I also own some DIB and the extra paper from the placement is a pain in the ass but I think the company is much stronger with that cash in the treasury so I look for some big things from them.
