I can agree with this. I can agree that there are people Israel can't deal with. But I can't agree that excessive use of force, and blind disregard of innocent civilians is going to do anything but destroy prospects of peace. Israel needs a majority of Arabs to be moderates, work with those moderates, and use only appropriate force against the others who would in the absence of excessive belligerence on the part of Israel fade away over time. Overkill results in a majority of Arabs being extremists. That is what some people want because then they are excused from dealing fairly with them.
