"This is silly baloney. Just not true at all." Signing statements. No other president has used to to state he wasn't going to follow the requirements of the law being signed. Refusal to issue security clearances to DOJ investigators. Refusal to brief Congress as required by law. Use of the NSA and circumvention of FISA. There is more.

Thanks for proving my point. You are the first today, I think, to call me unpatriotic. Don't let me stop there........you are unAmerican as well. Actually its leftwingers who make most of the unpatriotic accusations - I get accused of being unpatriotic about every week or so on SI, for example. Because you all are violating the Constitution which is at the heart of the American democracy. If being called unpatriotic makes you uncomfortable, then get your elected officials to clean up their acts.
