The American government reports that the shipment of "precision-guided" weapons,(what would the civilian casualty count be if theyt were 'non-precision-guided' weapons?)were items that were not delivered from last year's order.

I often wonder if Isra'El ever actually pays for any of this stuff.

Sure, they may "buy" it, but like much of the rest of the money we "lend" them, the debt is forgiven and then the half-truth is told that Isra'El has never defaulted on any loans from the U.S.
