I'll take the other argument, jay. I regard it as bullish for the reasons I've previously cited: Message 22645933 [edit: the 11.9% reference was incorrect; should have been 11.9 million shares] note, of course, that it is a very different environment today than was the case when the lemonshyster hatchet job appeared. the big short money has been made, pps is depressed, fundies remain very solid and the Naz FUD has evaporated with the recent listing. surely there are many far more attractive short candidates than HSOA at this juncture. as always, time will tell...
