Unfortunately, I'm a bit busy the next few weeks and I started reading and got lost in the meanderings. I've gotten a lot of PM's about it and the PR's and wanted to help out some but can't at this point. I fell asleep last night while reading that board LOL.. Do you have a brief "bear" argument? I saw your point about the 22 million shares that insiders have lined up to sell. Is that a definite or is it merely a listing of potential 144 shares to sell? Do underlying assets show up anywhere to support the values that are claimed? I take it that you think the numbers used in the PR's are just to give false sense of value, e.g, the $7 and $15 numbers, which the market is obviously discounting. It does seem like a fascinating exercise. But as we've both discussed, the extreme cases don't prove or disprove the existence of naked shorting or MM abuse of their exception. You won't get an argument from me about the existence of manipulation, particularly in the penny market. As you know, I object when the blanket statements are made, the generic, etc., about every microcap being a scam. Admittedly, many object to my posts about hedge funds as claiming "every" hedge fund is scamming. I don't intend to say that but posts sometimes give that impression. PAIM and PAIV were 2 on which I had big percentage gains this past week, albeit small dollar amounts for me. I have to say that I didn't believe the claims of short squeeze and had small positions. However, the gains have been large and fast. Admittedly, both may be more cases of Ameritrade and other online brokers screwing up than traditional short squeezes. All this shows how the markets are changing and that we need a new set of statutes and regulations to cover the issues I raise and that you discuss. When I sold my PAIV, it had an enterise value of over a billion dollars, despite the fact that it has no prospects of profitable business in the very near future. So, go figure.
