a state for ex-Rhodesians setup in say Fiji, you'd come to the same conclusion?

You ask tough questions.... ;)

It depends. The choice of Fiji sounds a bit frivolous, since ex-Rhodesians had no history and no continuous presence in that part of the world.... but - OK - if you guys succeed in buying some land, and establish a state, and get recognized by the UN and by most other nations, and survive and prosper there for a few generations... then yes, I'd say godspeed to your Republic of ex-Rhodesia.... g/ng

Why Fiji - why not Mississippi? That land's cheaper.
